1. What training do your engineers have? Are they qualified?

All our engineers are fully trained by the manufacturers. They receive extensive product training so they can deal with every type of appliance and lots of different brands. Our engineers frequently attend training sessions to ensure their skills and knowledge is second to none. Many of our engineers are CORGI registered. This is a legal requirement for anyone working with gas appliances.

2. How do I pay for the repair?

We accept cheques, cash or Credit Cards.

3. You mention that you are an Authorised Service Agent for the Electrolux Group and Beko, what does this mean?

The Electrolux Group and Beko only use specially selected, highly trained Service organisations to carry out its repairs. We operate under licence for them. We work hand in hand with Electrolux, AEG, Zanussi, Tricity Bendix and many more to provide a professional and reliable service.

4. Is my appliance still covered by the guarantee or extended warranty?

5. What guarantee do I get?

Because Aztech are part of the ServiiceForce network, we adhere to strict codes of practise and work very closely with the Manufacturer. All our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months. Please visit www.serviceforce.co.uk

6. I require a spare part for my Domestic Appliance

We can help with most makes and models. You can either ring us on our dedicated spares line, or fill out the spare parts enquiry online. Call our dedicated phone line on 01252 851 741.

7. I am worried about paying a call out, travel charge and time charge.

We mostly operate on a fixed repair charge which means that you only pay one set charge, irrespective of how long the engineer is at your house. Please see our separate pricing menu.

8. Will the engineer fix my appliance whilst he is 1st visit?

We carry a comprehensive van stock of genuine manufacturers spares. We endeavour to repair the appliance on the 1st visit and currently have a 91% 1st visit completion figure.

9. I may decide to buy a new appliance. Can you help?

We do have a separate sales department who can give you a competetive quote on any built in or freestanding appliances.

10. I need some free technical advice

If you are unsure about fitting a part that you purchased from us, or you just want some free advice concerning your domestic appliance, just fill out the contacts form on line and we will contact you within 24 hours.

11. Can I bring my appliance into your workshop for repairs?

Certainly. Please ring up beforehand to confirm and we can carry out the repair here. It will also be quicker and cheaper. See price list for exact costs

12. I require an instruction book for my appliance.

13. I notice you offer a “free safety check.” What is this?

We offer an electrical safety check every time we work on your domestic appliance. This 2 part safety check makes sure your appliance has an earth, and more importantly checks that your house earth is adequate. The electricity boards normally charge for this service, but we offer it for free.
