All our engineers are fully trained by the manufacturers. They receive extensive product training so they can deal with every type of appliance and lots of different brands. Our engineers frequently attend training sessions to ensure their skills and knowledge is second to none. Many of our engineers are CORGI registered. This is a legal requirement for anyone working with gas appliances.
We accept cheques, cash or Credit Cards.
The Electrolux Group and Beko only use specially selected, highly trained Service organisations to carry out its repairs. We operate under licence for them. We work hand in hand with Electrolux, AEG, Zanussi, Tricity Bendix and many more to provide a professional and reliable service.

We mostly operate on a fixed repair charge which means that you only pay one set charge, irrespective of how long the engineer is at your house. Please see our separate pricing menu.
We carry a comprehensive van stock of genuine manufacturers spares. We endeavour to repair the appliance on the 1st visit and currently have a 91% 1st visit completion figure.
We do have a separate sales department who can give you a competetive quote on any built in or freestanding appliances.

We offer an electrical safety check every time we work on your domestic appliance. This 2 part safety check makes sure your appliance has an earth, and more importantly checks that your house earth is adequate. The electricity boards normally charge for this service, but we offer it for free.
