Set Repair charges
Set repair charge, irrespective if we are there 30 mins or 2 hrs 30 mins, these are referred to as Group Produc
Major Repair charges
Applicable to washing machine drums / bearings, fridge compressors. This charge applies where any call that involves the removal of a drum, cavity, or any call that requires 2 engineers on site.
All other brands - charges
A call out charge of £37 and then a £37 repair charge. If you decide not to proceed then we just charge the £37 call out. This amount may be deducted off a new appliance sale if purchased from us.
